Evaluation of the fertility of patients after myomectomy in the department of Gynecology-Obstetrics of the Yalgado Ouedraogo University Hospital Center in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso

Objective: To assess the fertility of patients after myomectomy in Department Gynecology-Obstetrics Yalgado Ouedraogo University Hospital Center from September 1, 2014 to August 31, 2018. Patients and methods: This were a retrospective cross-sectional descriptive analytical exposure study with repeated survey included childbearing age who had undergone during period; whose is at least six (06) months old; having expressed desire become pregnant for twelve (12) according definition infertility; given their informed consent interview. Results: A total 102 our study. Infertility was primary 64.71% secondary 35.29%. The mean 35.08 ± 5.42 years. Housewives accounted 37.25%, married women 66% patients.
